| Our (1) bedroom units are designed to accommodate (2) persons comfortably. We will, however, allow up to (4) persons, including children, in a one bedroom unit. |
Our (2) bedroom units are designed to accommodate (4) persons comfortably. We will, however, allow up to (6) persons, including children, in a two bedroom unit. |
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: A valid major credit card payment equivalent to $25.00 (non-refundable) is required as deposit to confirm a reservation.
If confirmation is by check, please add the amount of the first night's rent.
If you cancel later than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date you will also be charged for the amount of the first nights rent. |

northern US and Canada.
We affectionately refer to these guests as
"Winter Texans." Many participate in any or all of the activities we have planned for them

they simply "Do their own thing."
